What do you need to know about UX testing?
We all know that user experience testing (aka usability testing) is a core part of user-centered design. Newbies and seasoned professionals will benefit from experts in the UX field who will teach you everything you need to know about planning, conducting, and analyzing UX tests.
Have you been testing the right way?
What you might not know is that there are a wide variety of ways to conduct these tests from unmoderated to moderated, from qualitative to quantitative. You also might want to become aware of the latest tools for capturing test data and advanced methods such as eye tracking.
How are your moderating skills these days?
Everyone can stand to improve their moderating skills. Learn the best practices for how to interact with your participants and get some hands-on experience and critiques of your technique.
Do you really know what to do with all that data?
UX testing produces a lot of data! Find out how to analyze data from a typical UX test as well as more complex studies through a series of case studies and hands-on activities.
How do you explain your findings and recommendations?
Presenting your findings to executives or a design team can be a challenge. Learn strategies from the experts through a series of examples and guided discussions with fellow UX professionals.
